Developed business areas with utilities which consist of over 280 acres and have a total of over eighty (80) companies (three in partnership with private sector and two with SACIC).
Assisted hundreds of new and expanding companies in the Sylvania area to ensure an expanding tax base and stable local business climate.
Constructed water and sanitary sewer projects at a cost of $7.5 million.
Performed a community studies to assist the schools, township, and city, and to improve the quality of life.
The major projects were:
- Numerous land use plans and zoning matters.
- Consolidation of township/city services.
